Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Cosmic Drifter mobile application (the "Service") operated by Blank apps ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

1. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (source code, art, mechanics), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Blank apps. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Finland and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Blank apps.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to harass other users.

Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, or mods.

Manipulate, spoof, or artificially inflate high scores and achievements on public leaderboards (e.g., Apple Game Center or Google Play Games Services).

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or other users' accounts.

3. Purchases and Virtual Items

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), such as "Remove Ads", you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase.

Virtual Items: You acknowledge that you do not own the virtual items or currency you purchase; you engage in a limited license to use them.

Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of the platform (Google Play Store / Apple App Store).

4. Third-Party Services

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Blank apps (e.g., Google AdMob, Unity Ads, Apple Game Center, Google Play Games Services). We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, terms of service, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Blank apps, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

For EU Users: Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
